At The 4th Dimension, we understand that the path to recovery is unique to each individual. We offer various programs to help maintain long-term sobriety, including:

How long can I stay at your sober living facility?
You can live at our sober living facility for 1-24 months as you transition back to work and life. We recommend you stay at least six months to get the best results.
Am I a good fit for your facility?
The 4th Dimension is an inclusive community open to all sexual orientations, ethnicities, religions, and philosophies. Our sober living home is an ideal environment for individuals who desire support from a sober community, need a safe space to transition back to work and life after leaving a treatment facility, and want to learn valuable relapse prevention skills to maintain sobriety.
Our residents must:
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be medically stable.
- Be psychologically stable.

What is required of me if I live at The 4th Dimension sober living home?
The 4th Dimension is a mindful recovery community that we operate with compassion, understanding, and support. However, to keep our residents accountable and safe, we enforce several rules and standards.
To live at The 4th Dimension, we require you:
- Refrain from drug and alcohol use
- Attend outside recovery meetings
- Attend a weekly individual meeting
- Partake in morning meditation
- Attend three in-house group meetings
- Maintain a job
Do you have separate sober living arrangements for men and women?
Yes. The 4th Dimension has a sober living facility for men and a sober living facility for women in Hoover, Alabama.

What is the cost of the program?
Upon admission, the resident owes $2100, which includes an $800 admit fee and $1300 monthly programming fees. Our recurring cost is $1300 per month. After six months, if the resident meets specific qualifications, we may drop the price to $800 per month.
